Description
The NSU master in leadership degree, offered through the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, provides the training managers need to unleash their leadership abilities. The leadership phenomenon has evolved. No longer is leadership looked upon as a fad, it has developed into the foundation that holds companies together and propels them to achieve greater levels of success. Leadership training is needed in all industries and at all levels.

This curriculum covers theoretical and practical application skills necessary for today's leaders. The masters in leadership program focuses on the role of management and leadership functions of an organization in a growing international arena. Students will build leadership knowledge and competencies influenced by a management philosophy called "value-driven management." The program will address the traditional as well as the more contemporary insights into leadership. The leadership degrees are also conveniently offered thru online leadership programs, making it easier for the students obtaining their degrees. Through this masters' in leadership program students will build a framework for both leadership reflection and action. The masters in leadership and certificate in leadership are the only programs in the United States to offer such a benefit.
