The Business And Professional Management (BPM) Program is offered through the Farquhar Center for Undergraduate Studies. The BPM program has served thousands of full-time, working adult students since the late 1970s. It is the most popular undergraduate program at NSU and is offered regularly at corporate and community locations throughout Florida, the Bahamas, Jamaica, and Panama. Currently, over 1,300 students are enrolled in the BPM program. The curriculum provides an upper level completion program to students who enter the program with a wide variety of undergraduate experiences. All students have the common goal of earning a business management degree in addition to whatever other undergraduate coursework they have previously completed. In the traditional BPM program, students meet in small classes at times and places convenient to working adults. Off-campus students are assured of receiving exactly the same program as delivered on campus and designed and controlled by full-time NSU faculty. BPM online responds to the fact that not everyone can attend classroom-based courses. Because of work schedules, family responsibilities, or other logistics, many students prefer the convenience of doing their academic work at times and places more suitable to their individual schedules. Online instruction through the Internet turned this desire into a reality. You can take the entire BPM curriculum intact without leaving the comfort and convenience of your home or office--in fact, you can take your courses wherever you have a computer and an Internet service provider! Remember, twenty years of experience have gone into making BPM the best curriculum available on-line!
